Chalo Braj plans private Mathura and Vrindavan trips. This page explains what information we receive, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
This website has no forms, accounts or payments. We only receive personal details when you contact us yourself by WhatsApp, phone or email. That usually means your name, phone number, travel dates, pickup location, number of travellers and any special needs you tell us about.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and send you a quote.
- To book the cab, hotel, guide or pooja you ask for.
- To contact you before and during your trip.
We share only the details needed with the driver, hotel or guide handling your booking. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Chats on WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp (Meta). Their privacy policy applies to those messages.
Website analytics and cookies
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are popular. It does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors. This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set a strictly necessary security cookie to protect the site from automated abuse.
How long we keep it
We keep booking details for as long as we need them to run your trip and to meet tax and accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete your chat details at any time after your trip.
