These terms apply when you use this website or book a trip with Chalo Braj. Please read them before you confirm a booking.

Prices on this website

Prices shown are starting prices for guidance. Your final price depends on dates, cab type, hotel category and group size. We send you a written quote on WhatsApp or email before you pay anything, and that quote is the price that applies.

Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed only when we have sent you a written confirmation and received any advance payment stated in your quote. The balance and payment method are listed in your confirmation.

Changes and cancellations

The cancellation and refund terms for your trip are stated in your booking confirmation. Hotel rooms and festival dates such as Holi and Janmashtami can be non refundable once booked. If you need to change your dates, message us as early as possible and we will do our best to rearrange your trip.

Temples, timings and crowds

Temple opening hours, darshan, aarti and special access are controlled by each temple and can change on the day. We plan around them and help with timing, but we cannot guarantee darshan, VIP access or crowd levels. Traffic, weather and local closures can also change the plan.

Your part

• Share accurate contact details, pickup address and traveller count.
• Carry a valid photo ID for every adult, as hotels require it.
• Be ready at the agreed pickup time.
• Follow temple rules on dress, photography and conduct.

Responsibility

Hotels, temples and other providers are independent of Chalo Braj. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any problem with a service we arranged is limited to the amount you paid us for that service.
